Ordering was easy on the Holabird website. The shoes I wanted were in stock in the narrow width, which are difficult to find. I had a coupon to use which helped with the price of the shoes, plus free shipping.
The shipment arrived amazingly fast. I have ordered from Holabird for many years and will continue to do so.

I have purchased several pairs of sneakers from Holabird. Their service is amazing and very reliable. When there was a manufacturing defect with one pair, customer service was extremely easy to deal with.

I ordered clothes for myself and my husband. Everything fits perfectly, all sizes are correct. We were satisfied.

Ordered shoes, under sized when they came, called and was given a return label immediately. When the replacement arrived, they also were under sized ( New Balance were 1whole size bigger) called and no questions ask , return label emailed . Customer service is excellent!!

Holabird Sports has absolutely the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I’ve had a couple of returns through the years and they are so helpful and literally get back to me via email within hours of my initial email. It’s almost unheard of these days so I appreciate their customer service and of course, their products! Laura

First off this the fourth purchase I have made from this company. The past 3 were great. This one has sucked. So far it has been 10 days and no product. It has been sitting in Dallas for 3 days and today it took 24 hours plus hours to go to Fort Worth which is 30 minutes from Dallas. I called them 3 times already and get the same stupid answers. This company does not care about their customers and it shows. Needless to say I will never purchase from them again. Do yourself a favor and buy from your local store. Not worth the time or effort. Shipping is free but at a cost....

Every purchase I have made has been excellent.all of the shoes I have purchased have been perfect. The selection of sneakers is the best in the country.
